Day 41: Tree of life..

Hello again audience, I am so sorry for the very very late blog but I have been very ill all day and it just didn't even cross my mind. The worst thing about being ill and living on your own is that you have no one to look after you and that you are too ill to look after yourself! but I am doing my best but I don't think I have had the best of food today! I saw this wonderful tree while doing a survey of the area in this very unhealthy looking forest on the top of the mountains in by a small river. From the angel I came towards it at it just looked like a normal tree with a lump but then as I moved around it I suddenly saw this amazing curve shape. I have no idea what would make a tree grow in such a strange shape. I then went to take some pictures of the tree and saw the typical tree carving of some one declaring their love for someone else. I don't know why it is such a typical thing to do! poor tree you wouldn't liked to be stabbed at now would you!! But it is a very beautiful tree carving and all.

Most people over look the importance of trees and what they do, they are one of the largest oxygen producing life forms and they also take out the toxic carbon dioxide from the air making it clean for us to breath. yet we cut them down at an extreme rate, England has very few forests left and once was completely covered in oak woodlands. This tree was once part of an ancient oak forest that spread for hundreds of miles and now it is almost nothing. Its funny to think because there is no way back from this and humans are not stopping any time soon. We will run out of all our natural resources because people just don't care about the future, only the now. Rant over! :) haha i want to ask you guys about your opinions on the consumption of all natural resources and what can we do to stop it or reverse these changes from happening!? Thank you for reading todays blog and i hope your week is going well. Hope to see you again tomorrow!

Now some random facts!

Natural resources (economically referred to as land or raw materials) occur naturally within environments that exist relatively undisturbed by mankind, in a natural form. A natural resource is often characterized by amounts of biodiversity existent in various ecosystems. Natural resources are derived from the environment. This is currently restricted to the environment of Earth yet the theoretical possibility remains of extracting them from outside the planet, such as the asteroid belt. Many of them are essential for our survival while others are used for satisfying our wants. Natural resources may be further classified in different ways

that is the coolest (but also creepiest) tree! very interesting. we love our trees here in oregon and are very lucky that we still have the ability to drive up to the mountains and enjoy our forrest. there aren't many places in the world where you can drive 45 min and get to the coast or the forrest! its awesome. i do think we should value our resources more. and if we do take trees we should for sure replant for every one we take! and here there are some lands that nobody can take trees from! by law. so that is important! but i do enjoy toilet paper! lol but there is soooo much waste out there, it's sad! hope you feel better soon! :)
