Day 6: Its raining outside but Sunny in my Heart!

"Come join our party there is plenty for everyone NOM NOM"
As you can probably tell I am stuck in doors as the normal weather for the English spring kicks in with the 3rd day of rain in a row :P but today I feel extra happy because of a very special person. I attempted to write a poem while I was in this mood and here it is :P
Destiny chose you and me to be we,
Me, you, we, us, together as one,
Land and sea divides us but never breaks us,
Together, us, we , me, you, land and sea,
Forever together where the land meets the sea, us, you, me we,
Until we both become the land and sea,
You, me, us, we land and sea,
Earth and sand...forever and always
Well there is my attempt at a little poem didn't take that long so any pointers would be great for improvement :P thank you guys for reading and remember even if the weather is bad outside it is what gives life to the earth :)
Now some random facts!
Rain is liquid precipitation, as opposed to non-liquid kinds of precipitation such as snow, hail and sleet. Rain requires the presence of a thick layer of the atmosphere to have temperatures above the melting point of water near and above the Earth's surface. On Earth, it is the condensation of atmospheric water vapour into drops of water heavy enough to fall, often making it to the surface. Two processes, possibly acting together, can lead to air becoming saturated leading to rainfall: cooling the air or adding water vapour to the air.
